不锈钢圆弧齿轮泵在输送无润滑性、低粘度介质时,那么要根据输送介质的腐蚀性大小,合理选择过流部分齿轮、轴的材质问题,还要选择合理的调质问题,比如齿轮是淬火还是氮化或者是镀硬铬处理等等。密封选用四氟骨架油封与四氟填料密封组合也可以,或者是选用硬质合金机械密封,或者是硅对墨机械密封。同样是要选用高压力,大弹簧,压缩量大的机械密封。关键还有就是齿轮、轴在选择合理的情况下,轴套的材质也非常重要,一般在不锈钢齿轮泵在输送高粘度无润滑性介质时,轴套应选择碳化硅或氧化锆陶瓷或锡青铜等材质。和输送高粘度无润滑性介质不同,不锈钢齿轮泵在输送粘度介质时关键是泵内部各个部件的配合间隙要合理,配合间隙要小,如果配合间隙过大,就会造成齿轮油泵抽不上介质,或者流量不够,压力不够等情况,配合间隙过小,又特别容易造成齿轮泵抱死的现象。
